This network has a focus on Disability, Aged and Health. SMPCP member agencies and other agencies have the opportunity at each meeting to raise issues, share best practice, ideas and other information relevant to the Network.
Purpose:
To provide a forum for service providers and consumers of health, community and disability service to collaborate together and undertake the following:
- Information Sharing
- Networking
- Addressing service gaps
- Learn about new services, current services and new ideas from a range of agencies
Membership:
Membership is open to any service provider or consumer that is a part of the health, community, disability and 'like' services.
